Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Yes! All Panaless products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of production.
Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, we recommend checking the ingredient list before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Q: How long do your eyeshadow palettes and lip products last?
A: Our products typically have a shelf life of 12–24 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each product is marked with a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol indicating how long it remains safe to use after opening.
Q: Are your products vegan?
A: Many of our products are vegan. Please check the individual product description for specific details.
Orders
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. It's that easy!
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@panaless.com if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
Q: How will I know my order has been confirmed?
A: You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 7-30 business days. Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a product?
A: We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@panaless.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
